The Evidence
John 12: 9-11
They came not to see Jesus only, but they came to see Lazarus also
Lazarus became an evidence of the power of Jesus to transform lives.
The evidence of Jesus power became a threat to the enemy.
Lazarus became a medium of salvation. Proof of what God can do. So great is what God did in his life that he became an attraction to the kingdom of God.
After Lazarus was raised he became a threat to the kingdom of darkness
Lazarus was a nobody before he received his miracle.
When troubles come to you as a believer, it's because you are important. It to make room for a miracle in your life that will attract people to your source of miracle.
Your miracle was not given to you for yourself alone. Now that God has blessed you, people are watching you. After the miracle Lazarus remained with Jesus so when they saw Jesus,Lazarus was with as evidence.
How did Lazarus get his miracle?
1. The spoken word
LAZARUS - help from God
Whatever you have is help from God. When last did you celebrate the help for God.
2. Two things Satan cannot Stand
A. The source of the word.- whatever the devil will do to stop you from getting the word. The devil respect the source of the word. Don't allow the enemy to cut you off from the Word
B. The work of the Word- God will not allow his evidence to be tampered with. To escape the attack Lazarus stayed with the word.
STAY WITH JESUS, STAY WITH THE WORD.
